Diabetes-Live Long With Diabetes--(5)To those diabetic patients

Welcome dear friends!

Lately I am coming across many people who are  ignorant with diabetic meletus.

When you  are  tired very often   or feel sleepy after taking food you can suspect there may be something wrong in your metabolism.

Well it may be because of obesity or imbalance of hormones! What ever it is!  You must control the size of your body ,the quantity of foods you eat. the quality of the food in taken and so on...You know! Even your age is also one factor. Old age people tend to be a victim to this sickness. People after accidents and after taking a lot of medicines fall as diabetic patients. So please look into your parents health very carefully.

O.K. Now what are the herbals which will give us some energy after being attacked by innipu neer?
Arusuvai foods are recomended. Take the 6 tastes of food daily ,that is the nutrient and balanced food as our grand parents have advised.

For carbohydrate and sweet rice 1 small bowl. For proteins and body building sour vegetables or pickles or lemon juices to build up body muscles. You can see those who eat puli soru always will be very fat and clumsy. So please do not eat sour a lot..The taste called thuvarpu {I Do Not Know in english  a word as far as I know,} this is in banana which is not ripe but a favorite vegetable for Indians , and banana flower which increases our blood, and the bitter taste is in pavakai and other leaves as in Mana thakkali and Agathi keerai. This gives energy for the veins.  The taste karpu is in salt . We do use it very little for the bones to strengthen.

If you are very careless in your daily food you are tend to fall sick. so please take needy steps!

Can you let me know what are the food items that has thuvarpu (other than unripped banana)?

PS: One quick info. The English word for thuvarupu is 'Saline'.
